Teaching Series: Understanding the Power of Vision

Introduction:

• Following God’s plan for our lives is not only unveiled through the Word, but also through vision – Psa. 119:105/ Hab. 2:1-3
• When one access God’s plan through the Word, it is called revelation, but when one has a raw encounter with God towards way forward, it is called vision as in the case of Moses, Elijah, Peter and Paul – Exo. 3:7-10/ 1 Kgs. 19:8-19/ Act. 10:1-14/ Act. 9:1-6/ Act. 26:19
• Questions such as one’s specific assignment, location (where to carry it out), Timing (when to set out) all require access to God for answers and this is why vision is a vital requirement for every believer to make the most of his/her adventures on earth – Pro. 29:18/ Hab. 2:1-3
