TOPIC: LIGHT- THE KEY TO PRAISE
Scripture :Isaiah 43: 21. This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.
Beloved I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! Light or insight or revelation is key to a praiseful life. Men of light or insight are men that live practically on praise.
Revelation is the sponsor of outstanding results in this kingdom. If you must get results on your praise, then there is a certain light or understanding you must have on the subject of praise. And today, we shall be shedding light on this matter of praise.
What is Praise?

It is appreciation to God for whom He is, what is He has done and what He is yet to do.That’s why the Bible said praise is a good thing :
Psalm 147: 1. Praise ye the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
Why must I praise God?
1. Praise is a must do because that is the only ticket to access the presence of God:
Psalm 100: 4. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
You don’t enter the court of God with murmuring or complaining. You enter with thanksgiving and praise.
2. Praise is a must do because it brings down the presence of God:
Psalm 16: 11. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore
Beloved, if your harvest must not waste thanksgiving and praise is a must do. Praise brings down the presence of God and in the presence of God anything is possible.
3. Praise is a must do because God dwells in an atmosphere of praise;
Psalm 22: 3. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
4. Praise is a must do because you fulfil the purpose of your existence when you praise God :
Isaiah 43: 21. This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.

It is only a manufacturer of a product that can determine the purpose of its product. Our Maker is our God and He said ‘I made you to show forth my praise ‘! In other words, you were created to praise God.
Beloved, you were created by God for the purpose of praising Him! Praising God was ordained to be your lifestyle on daily basis.
Therefore, if you must fulfil your purpose under heaven, then praise is to your Maker is inevitable. In praises, you acknowledge your Maker and also fulfill destiny at the same time.
5. Praise is a must do because it is your sickle of harvest for long awaited desire. Get excited about it. Do it with all enthusiasm and your harvest is guaranteed.
How do you praise God?
1. By singing with all kinds of musical instruments
Psalm 147: 7. Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
Or by singing with your mouth:
Psalm 89: 1. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
Learn to open your mouth and sing His praise. This is not a matter of I don’t have a good voice, use the one God has given you to sing His praise.
2. By clapping with a shout;
Psalm 47: 1. O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.
Remember this: Heaven is real and hell is real! Make hay while the sun shines. If you are not yet born again, give your heart to Jesus today.
Prayer points:
– Father thank you for your word to me today.
– Lord help me to understand my purpose in praising you in Jesus name.
Prophetic Declaration:
– I decree restoration of all your losses in Jesus name.
– May you experience a wave of glory as the year comes to an end in the name of Jesus.
