STOP THE ABUSE OF GRACE. WE CANNOT CONTINUE IN SIN FOR GRACE TO ABOUND.
LET’S STOP THE ABUSE OF GRACE AND MAXIMIZE THE BLESSEDNESS OF OUR REDEMPTION.

THERE IS NOT ONE SIN ON THIS EARTH, IN A BELIEVER’S LIFE THAT GOD CANNOT FORGIVE.
THERE IS NONE HE WILL FORGIVE WITHOUT OUR REPENTANCE.

NOTHING FRUSTRATES A BELIEVER LIKE TOYING WITH SIN WITHOUT A FEELING OF THE NEED FOR REPENTANCE.

MAY NO ONE HERE ALLOW SIN TO ROB HIM OR HER OF HIS/HER BEST IN GOD.

THERE SHALL BE NO HATRED, NO BITTERNESS IN YOU DURING THIS SEASON.
YOU WILL BE OPERATING IN THE REALM OF LOVE FOR THE KINGDOM, FOR YOUR BRETHREN AND LOVE FOR YOURSELF.

– Bishop David Oyedepo
Day 1, Morning Session
21 Days of Prayer and Fasting (10th to 30th January 2022)

It is only the Word we receive and believe that impacts on our lives and changes our stories. The seed you receive is never turned to harvest until you believe that when you sow it, it will multiply back to you.
Now the parable is this: the seed is the Word of God – Luke 8:11.

So any Word you receive and you won’t believe adds nothing to you and me.
-Please be awake, this will be the most transforming season of your life.

We have built exhortation lines for all the prayer sessions: the Covenant Hour of Prayer, the Morning Session prayers and the Evening Session prayers. What is most important therefore is to act on the demands of those insights in enhancing the outcome of your prayer time, this time.

For our Morning Services or Morning Prayer Sessions this week, we will be looking at:

PRAYING TO GET RESULTS

Not praying for the fun of praying, not praying to be seen that you are praying but praying with the target of getting results. It is God’s will to answer us based on His terms for answers.
“Ask and ye shall receive”: That is the arrangement.
“Seek and ye shall find”
Matthew 7:7-8
If your earthly father knows how to give you good things, how much more will God give good things to them that ask Him? Matthew 7:11
Ever willing to answer, ever willing to give what we demand.

But why do we ask and ask and nothing seems to be happening?
James 4:2-3
He said, you asked not and you have not received. He said you ask and you have not received because you asked amiss.
You miss the demand of praying to get results.
You are asking in competition; you are asking to show somebody how powerful you are.
You are asking God to prove that He is God. Whether He answers you or not, He is God. Whether your prayer is never answered till the end of your life, God is God. He is the I AM THAT I AM, the scriptures cannot be broken – Exodus 3:14
-But you will not pray empty prayers from now.

Whatever we ask believing, God is committed to answering.
Matthew 21:22
That is okay, everybody understands that theology, but what are the issues, the foundation that will enhance your faith to deliver?
For Monday, today, we are looking at this fact:
We must understand that behind the disconnectivity of the believer from prayers is sin: Nakedly so, openly so.
Isaiah 59:1-2
Iniquity disconnects us from access to the hearing of God. If He doesn’t hear, how can He answer? He (God) has to hear first.
Wait a minute, there is not one sin on this earth, in a believer’s life that God cannot forgive, but there is none He will forgive without our repentance. None!
One of the most grievous sins in Biblical record was the sin of David: committed adultery, added murder to it. Same day! One person.
David came up and said, “if I hide iniquity in my heart, you will not hear” – Psalm 66:18
But now that the Lord has heard me. Why? He repented in ashes and God wrote it off.
Psalm 66:18-19
“But now God has heard me” – Psalm 66:19

It is time to come back to ourselves; satan will tell you, “it doesn’t matter”, because he is a thief: his mission is to steal what belongs to us; to kill if allowed and to destroy till eternity, if unchecked; he (satan) has not repented, his mandate is still the same.
John 10:10
Nothing frustrates a believer like toying with sin without a feeling of need for repentance.
If we say we have not sinned, when we have sinned – 1 John 1:8
When they say, “well, whether you are a thief or not, repent of stealing”: No
If we say we have not sinned, when we know that we have sinned, we will deceive ourselves and there is no truth in us
If we will choose to confess our sin, He is faithful, ever faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness – 1 John 1:9
He does not only forgive our sins, He removes the forces bringing about that sin inside us.
John is not talking about repent of what you are not doing. No.
Look if you say you have not sinned. You know this thing is against God and you are in it and you won’t repent from it: My God, He won’t forgive you.

If He does not forgive, your prayers cannot be answered. Your prayers will have no access to the throne room of God. Very important. Faith can’t cancel that. You can believe till death, it won’t happen.
This is a sure foundation for access to express answers in prayers.
Proverbs 28:13 – “For he that covers his sin shall not prosper…”
To prosper means to gain access to your inheritance in Christ and turning them to realities in your life. It is as serious a matter as that.
-Something must break loose in someone’s life in this annual prayers and fasting season, in the name of Jesus.

For this is the confidence that we have in Him that if we ask anything, according to His will, then He answers us. He hears us – 1 John 5:14-15
His will is that we turn from our sins so He can hear us.
Let’s stop the abuse of grace.

We cannot continue in sin for grace to abound.
Let’s stop the abuse of grace and maximize the blessedness of our redemption.
When Jesus taught His will in prayers, He said, “forgive us our trespasses”: If you have one, confess it and then He will manifest Himself with answers to your prayers.
-Somebody’s story has just changed.
-None of your prayers will return void anymore.
-No one here will lack access to help from Heaven. It is that help that decorates and beautifies destiny.

One woman cried to the king, the king said, “where will I help you from? Except God helps you, where will I help you from?” – 2 Kings 6:27
A time comes when all the kings of the earth are helpless, helplessly helpless. They can’t add any value to your life. They have more needs than you do, but there is your Father in Heaven. Too much.
It is like drawing a tanker of water from the sea: it will never show.
Carry all the tankers in Nigeria to the sea: the sea won’t feel that anybody is drawing anything.

That is how much help is available for you and me with our Heavenly Father.
-May no one here allow sin to rob him or her of his/her best in God.

We must not assume forgiveness. We must genuinely seek for it.
Hebrews 12:15
“…lest any root of bitterness”: It is not about major sins, the most minute sin.
“He is a Christian. See what happened?” and they turn their back on God. God forbid.
-It is your turn to testify.
-No one’s prayers shall be in vain this hour
-Every of your demand from Heaven, taking off from this foundation will enjoy express answers.

Let there be a deliberate decision to depart from anything that turns God off. A deliberate decision. Deliberate.
Elijah prayed: fire came
Elijah prayed: rain came
He is a man of like passion – James 5:17. What is in him?
-Everything in a man, as individuals that lines with the will of God, not just something to play people in town will be released in a grand style.
-Everyone’s spiritual life here will scale next levels.
-Be blessed.
-Your engagement on the altar of prayer, in this prophetic season shall deliver maximally.
-You will have too much to show that you have received from Heaven, in the name of Jesus.
-There shall be instant answers to your questions and to your prayers.
So shall it be, in Jesus name.

Evening Prayer Session is 6 pm and it is going be awesome.
-You will enjoy unusual energy all through this season.
-There shall be no distraction.
-No hatred, no bitterness. You will be operating in the realm of love for the Kingdom, for your brethren and love for yourself.
-We shall all make Heaven.
Give Him thanks.
